In order to achieve a more efficient workflow we will appreciate you for some organization at the beginning of the work process. How much information do we need
As much as you can provide
With more information we will be able to understand better your project and will allow us to get a more accurate result

Points of view
Usually clients have an idea about what part of the project they want to represent, and then we add some suggestions
Type of the project
e.g.,Private construction, apartment complex , office center , urban plan etc.(EXT)
private interior, public space etc.(INT)
Aim of the render
e.g.,hold advertising company etc
Important details
e.g., it’s important to show that the interior is located on the 15th floor with view to the park etc
Modeling of the surroundings
How to show surrounding houses? (EXT) (like semi-transparent boxes? or some similar houses that we have in our library? or is it necessary to model them?)
Are any photos available from the location in good quality (in this case photomontage is possible)? (EXT)
Are there any photos for the window view available? (or should we use some more or less relevant image for the view that we’ll find ourselves? or should we model the window view in 3d?) (int)
what rooms do we have to show? (int)
Work process
01
Fill out our form and send us
technical data
These include 3d model, CAD drawings
photos, sketches,etc
02
We process
the information received
On the basis of the preliminary
analysis, the general provisions
of the project’s cost and timeline are formed
03
3D Model and point of view
First, you’ll get a 3D model (gray materials) without texture and material, points of view agreed with you as well as variations suggested by us
(minimum of details, the draft image just to discuss the angle)
We send you the images so you can draw on them the corrections we may do
Each point of view will have different options with little variations (focal distance, position of the camera, etc.), in order to discuss the exact picture we want for the next phase
04
Preview 1
Materials and post-production
(On getting the first corrections from you and on making all necessary changes, we provide first color images of 1600px)
05
Preview 2
We receive your comments about
the Preview #1. We apply fixes so that
the image meets your needs and better reflects your idea. We make the second color session of changes to appeal to your exact needs
In this case we want to make sure that the materials and the general look of the image is clear, so we can move along to the final stage of the image
*(The changes regarding previous phases will be negotiated with a new price and a new deadline. For instance, if we send you the picture with materials and post-production sketch (phase 2) and you send us back corrections related with the model or the point of view, those changes will be matter of a new quote and a new delivery date)
06
Final images
You get final high-quality
Our usual standard final high-resolution image delivers in TIFF and JPG file format in 4k resolution. This size is suitable for web, brochures, print media, though if you need a higher resolution images for a large signboard or billboard we will provide you according required dimensions/pixels and DPI
We respect clients’ non-disclosure terms. NDAs can be signed if needed
HOW TO DELIVER A PERFECT 3D MODEL
You can send us your own 3D model to get a cheaper and faster work. In that case, there are some suggestions you can take in consideration in order to achieve a good final result. We need a clean and organized 3D model
Please, don’t include trees, people or cars in the max file, because we will add these elements later
Separate all the objects in layers, according to its material
Avoid empty, hidden and frozen layers
Eliminate coplanar faces
Avoid inverted normals
Weld all points of the geometry
Model windows with their actual thickness
no coplanarity (multiple objects at the same position)
(We want to remind that correcting an incorrect model takes more time for us than modelling it from the beginning)

Stair

WHAT ABOUT 2D
For all of you out there still fighting in 2 dimensions, check out our easy standards regarding 2d drawings. As mentioned before even a clean 2d file speeds up the whole workflow and avoids technical issues
THINGS YOU COULD DO
elevations in real world scale
floorplan, elevations and sections should be coherent
label layers by material or elements (slab, wall, column, frame, glass…)
always draw in closed polylines
each closed line represents one element
AutoCAD Special: elements in modelling area
THINGS TO AVOID
projected surfaces
elements sorted by level
different material or elements on same layer
glass balcony, glass window
hatches and solids
AutoCAD Special: elements in layout area locks and groups
